The Esther Room
Driving Instructions From Google
This room is appointed with a king bed (or can be converted to two twin beds, if you prefer), a two person whirlpool tub, a wood burning fireplace and queen-sized futon. After a day of hiking return to the Inn, pull off your boots, and slip into a warm and relaxing whirlpool bath.
The Esther Room is located on the first floor of the Inn and has a separate entrance, giving it a nice private feeling. Honeymooners and those who desire more privacy love these rooms.
A wood-burning fireplace enhances the coziness. Remember, here in the mountains, we have cool nights most of the year, so winter is not the only season for curling up with someone special.
The windows on the back echo the lines of the windows in the original, 1902 summer home that has become Trail’s End Inn. We tried to bring the feeling of Adirondack sleeping porches to these rooms, but still allow the space to be used year-round.
The room has a futon couch which converts to comfortable queen-sized bed if you want to share with another couple or your kids. There’s still lots of room for rollaway beds, too, if you need them.
Well behaved and quiet dogs are welcome in this room. We charge $20 a day per dog and we have “dog rules”. Please tell us if you will be bringing a dog so we can plan accordingly.
